413 Hockey Academy

DESIGNED FOR ATHLETES

Balancing hockey and school can be a challenge for today’s student-athletes. This is why we created the 413 Hockey Academy, a learning & training experience delivered in a completely individualized and customized format with the student-athlete front of mind.

  • Academics

School looks different at 413 Hockey Academy—100% online, but 100% focused. Our athletes crush their classwork at MCU Training Center Monday through Thursday, and finish strong by noon on Fridays. Study hard, train harder!"

  • Training

    Training

Tuesday to Thursday, it’s game on at MCU Training Center! Our athletes grind on the ice and push limits off the ice—building skill, speed, and serious confidence every day.

  • Recovery

Mondays are for recharging. Athletes start with yoga, then hit the sauna and cold plunge to recover and feel their best. We keep the momentum going with yoga sessions Tuesday through Thursday to stay loose, strong, and ready to perform.

Parent of Parker (2008)

“413 Hockey Academy helped Parker succeed both in the classroom and on the ice. The focused training and support led to National Championship appearances, USHL and QMJHL drafts, and three invites to USA NDC Camp.”

Training

  • Throughout the course of the on-ice sessions the key focus is the development of the skills most applicable to the game itself. Our students are provided the key information and details that separate players at all levels and age groups. This clear outlook and path will enable students to leave the program a more well-rounded hockey player. Our goal is to make each player far more appealing to coaches at the next level, as coaches seek out well-rounded players with the knowledge and skills applicable to multiple roles on their team.

At the 413 Hockey program we help our students develop an understanding of roles and systems within a team, guaranteeing they will leave with a far more desirable and much-improved player. At all ages of development, this is the ultimate goal.
