MCU’s 3v3 Pond Hockey league is designed to maximize puck touches, improve decision-making, and build confidence in a fast-paced, competitive environment. With more open ice and constant action, players develop creativity, hockey IQ, and skills that translate directly to full-ice play.

Each game is played in a high-energy format on our two 45×70 rinks that keeps players moving, engaged, and improving every shift.

Games are played in a 45-minute session:

  • 3 minute warm up

  • 42 minute running-period

SPRING 2027 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is first-come, first-served.

.Players may register as a full team or individually (MCU staff will place individuals on a team).

When registering a team, the team must have a team organizer who will complete the registration and invite players by sending email invitations to parents.

A parent or coach must be on the bench for each game. This can be any volunteer and does not have to be the team organizer. If the parent or coach decides to run lines, or aggressively coach they will be asked to leave the bench.
