2 Nights of fundamentals, proper technique, angling, separation from the puck, receiving and delivering contact. Each night is 50 minutes.
Day 1: Teaching how to take a hit with fundamentals and proper technique.
Day 2: All about making the hit! How to angle and educate separating one from the puck.
